Overview

Accredited by the New Zealand Loyalty Association (ALA), our Customer Loyalty Education Courses cover all aspects of loyalty in New Zealand, including strategy, design, marketing, operations, and technology.

The courses offer a combination of lectures, group discussions, case studies, and module exercises and will provide the processes and tools needed to create, develop, and manage a world-class loyalty and customer engagement program. The courses are designed for new entrants to the industry as well as for more experienced managers seeking to improve their skills. 

By the end of the courses, participants will be able to apply their new knowledge and skills in their career and business to build a more engaging loyalty program and confidently improve customer retention and advocacy.

Key industry partners and consultants have contributed to the course content, providing expert insights and industry exposure.

Course Dates 

We now have confirmed dates for both our Advanced and Foundation Loyalty courses, with online options also available.

You can choose to attend either in person or online, with your preferred method of attendance selected when registering via Humanitix.
